US Specialty Plastics operates a 70,013 square-foot, rail-served manufacturing facility in Dallas, Texas. We process and compound polymer streams into specification-grade materials — engineered for automotive OEM mandates, industrial applications, and high-volume production environments.

Our approach is built on deep material science knowledge, multi-line extrusion capability, and rigorous in-house quality control. Every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis. Every compound meets your specification — or we reformulate until it does.

Custom Compounding

Extrusion Compounding

Multi-line extrusion capacity with single-screw and twin-screw platforms. Pelletizing, strand-cut, and underwater pelletizing systems.

Quality Control

In-house laboratory with MFI testing, tensile/flexural analysis, color matching, and ASTM-compliant specimen preparation. COA on every lot.

Logistics & Fulfillment

Rail-served facility with truck and railcar shipping. Flexible packaging — gaylords, super sacks, or 50-lb bags. Domestic and export capability.
